Return & Refund Policy

Return Conditions:

- Return within 7 days from delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Valid proof of purchase required.
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer (unless defective/wrong item).

Non-Returnable Items:

- Opened/used sachets, sale items, and gift vouchers.

Return Process:

2. Await Return Authorization (RMA).
3. Ship product as instructed.

Refunds:
